Full-text articles in EBSCOhost are unavailable

UPDATE: Full-text articles are now available via EBSCOhost Databases -- 7/2/14 9:41 am

Full-text articles through our EBSCOhost databases are currently unavailable.

The databases are all still searchable, however, when requesting full-text you end up in a loop and are unable to retrieve the article.

EBSCOhost has been contacted and they were able to duplicate the problem. They are hopeful that a resolution will be in place in the next 24 hours.

This post will be updated with more information as it becomes available.

IILLiad Article Request System Maintenance 5/20/2014

Hello WesternU Community,

This Friday during the IT Monthly Maintenance there will be additional maintenance for the ILLiad Article Request System. The additional work on the system should not exceed the normal 8PM PST finish time for the IT Monthly Maintenance.

The library's E-Journal search box and A-Z list is currently unavailable from the library webpage. We are working with the IT department to resolve the issue.

In the meantime, please use the direct link below to access the A-Z list and search box.

Pomona Power Outage

Hello WesternU Community,

Due to a power outage in Pomona affecting the west end of campus, it is likely that Library Services will be offline from one to four hours. This includes all Electronic Resources, Article requests, online holds, online renewals and check out services.

Proxy Outage February 27th

Hello WesternU Community, 
                Thursday 2/27 at 6am PST the Library proxy server will be unavailable for approximately 15 minutes for maintenance. During this time you will be unable to connect to library electronic resources. This outage will not affect the online catalog, online holds, or online renews, just the electronic journals and search databases.
