The Pumerantz Library Full Text Locator button in PubMed is currently not working. It goes directly to an EBSCO login page. You can still check if we have an article by clicking on the "Access through your institution" button on the EBSCO login page. Type in either "Western University of Health Sciences" or "Pumerantz Library" and select it when it comes up. It will then direct you to the article if we have it, or to the Full Text Locator results page where you can request it via ILLiad if we do not have it. We are looking into the problem now and will update this blog when it is resolved.

Update: This issue has been resolved 9/6/2023.
There is an error when you initially log into Lexi-Comp through the proxy server. This error will disappear if you click on the "Home" link on the Lexi-Comp menu (see print screen below). The database does work once you return to the Home screen.
On Friday, August 4th from 10-11:00pm EBSCO will be performing maintenance on their ebook downloads system. During this time, users will not be able to download full ebooks. You will still be able to read ebooks in the online viewer and download ebook chapters.

A number of our Ovid Journals are giving a 403 error when trying to link to specific articles using our Pumerantz Library Full Text Locator button. We have contacted the publisher and they are actively working on the problem. In the meantime, you can still navigate directly to the journal using the EJOURNALS search tab on our homepage or going directly to our publication finder.
