UpToDate required registration

Registration is now required in order to successfully login to UpToDate. Although this has always been a requirement for UpToDate, there appears to have been a way to skip the registration form when accessing, allowing WesternU users to search without registering.

This work around was discontinued by UpToDate on February 6th. If you click on the UpToDate link on the library website, login through the proxy server using your WesternU login credentials, then see the following screen,

it is likely that you have not yet registered with UpToDate. Once you fill out the new user registration and click "Submit Registration" you should then be able to search UpToDate. You will only need to register once and UpToDate should automatically log you in from that point forward (you will still need to login through the proxy server).
