Catalog Maintenance – March 28

When: Thursday, March 28 from 2 am to 3 am PT

What: SirsiDynix is completing server maintenance that will affect the online catalog.

Impact: The online catalog will be available for searching but “My Account” features like renewing or placing holds will not work.  

You will still be able to search and access electronic material through the Electronic Resources webpage and the Discovery Service search box on the library website.

ILLiad Upgrade – March 28

When: Thursday, March 28 from 6 am to 8 am PT

What: We are upgrading the ILLiad (Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery) system to a new version.

Impact: The ILLiad website will not be available.

You will still be able to search and access electronic material through the Electronic Resources webpage and the Discovery Service search box on the library website.

ILLiad and University Archives Digital Collections Maintenance – March 23, 2024

When: Saturday, March 23 at 9 pm to Sunday, March 24 at 12:20 am PT.

What: OCLC is completing server maintenance that might affect ILLiad, the Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery website, and the University Archives Digital Collections.

Impact: The websites will be available but may intermittently go down. If you encounter issues, please try again.

When: Thursday, February 29 from 2 am to 6 am PT

What: ILLiad, the Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery website, will not be available due to a system migration.

Impact: During this time, you will not be able to access or submit requests.

Online Catalog Maintenance – January 24, 2024

When: Wednesday, January 24th from 1 am to 2 am PT

What: The Online Catalog will be down due to scheduled maintenance.

Impact: During this time you will not be able to place holds or renew items.

You will still be able to search and access electronic material through the Electronic Resources webpage and the Discovery Service search box on the library website.

Lost Access to eJournals

UPDATE: Access to all journals has been restored. 2/2/24 3:58 pm

We have temporarily lost access to the following ejournals.

• AAO Journal- lost access to 2023
• Diabetes Care- lost access to February 2023 to present
• Journal of Allied Health- lost access to volume 51 issues 2-4, 2022
• Journal of the American Podiatric Medical Association (JAPMA)- lost access to 1996 to present
• Operative Dentistry- lost access to 2022 to present

The provider has been notified and we will update this blog when access has been restored.
