Symphony System Maintenance – July 10

UPDATE: The upgrade is complete. You can now access your catalog account.  7/10/23 8:15am

When: Monday, July 10 at 7 am PT for 1 to 3 hours

What: We are upgrading our Symphony system to the latest version.

Impact: During this time, you will not be able to access your catalog account to place holds or renew items.

You will still be able to search and access electronic material through the Electronic Resources webpage and the Discovery Service search box on the library website.

EBSCO System Maintenance

EBSCO will be performing maintenance to the personalization database on Thursday, June 29 from 3:00 am to 3:30 am PDT. During this time, users will be able to access EBSCO interfaces using personal user authentication, however, they will be logged in as institutional users.

In addition, the following features will be unavailable during the maintenance window:

* Session Folders/Custom Folders
* Search and journal alerts
* Saved searches
* Saved persistent links
* eBook checkouts and holds
* Saved preferences

EBSCO eBooks Not Loading

UPDATE: EBSCO ebooks are now loading. 6/22/23 10:50 am

EBSCO ebooks are not loading and giving a 503 error.  EBSCO is aware of the problem and working on a fix.  We will update this blog when we receive more information.

Online Catalog Downtime – June 29

When: Thursday, June 29 from 1 am to 2 pm PT

What: The Online Catalog will not be available due to scheduled maintenance.

Impact: During this time, you will not be able to access your catalog account to place holds or renew items.

You will still be able to search and access electronic material through the Electronic Resources webpage and the Discovery Service search box on the library website.
