ILLiad link missing from Full Text Finder results page

UPDATE: The ILLiad link is back and working again. 3/25/22 10:12 am

 The ILLiad link is currently missing from the Full Text Finder results page.  This is the page that appears after clicking on our Pumerantz Library Full Text Locator button for articles the library does not have access to.  Normally, the ILLiad link would display and after logging in it would take you to the pre-populated article information.  Until this is fixed, you can go directly to ILLiad and fill in the article information manually to submit a request.  We will update this blog when the problem is fixed.

UPDATE 3/23/2022: Server maintenance is postponed. ILLiad will be available. 

OCLC will perform server maintenance that will affect the Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery system, ILLiad, on Thursday, March 24 from 6 am to 8 am PT. 

During this time, you might not be able to submit or access requests. 

Electronic Resources (https://www.westernu.edu/library/) will be available during this outage.
