Anatomy.tv down

UPDATE: Anatomy.tv is now working again. 2/16/22 12:18 pm

Anatomy.tv is not working with EZproxy right now and is asking for a separate login.  They are aware of the problem and hope to have it fixed soon.  This also effects Anatomy.tv - 3D Dentistry and Anatomy.tv - 3D Leg, Ankle, and Foot.  We are working on getting a temporary login until the problem is fixed.  When we get that we will update this blog.

ILLiad service is down

UPDATE: ILLiad service is back up. 1/26/22 4:36PM

ILLiad is currently down. When typing in the correct username/password you will see a "Login failed" error. We are investigating the issue and will update as soon as a solution has been found.

Full Text Finder and Firefox

UPDATE: The problem appears to be fixed.  If you are still experiencing problems, please contact the Reference Department. 1/18/2022 7:28 am 

The Pumerantz Library's full text finder button (  ) is having intermittent problems when using the Firefox browser.  An error message appears that says the page isn't redirecting properly.  We are working out a fix now.  In the meantime, please try using another browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, etc.).  We will update this blog when the problem has been resolved.

Scheduled Maintenance - Catalog

SirsiDynix will perform server maintenance that will affect the Pumerantz Library Online Catalog (Enterprise) (https://whsl.ent.sirsi.net/) on Thursday, December 9 from 1 am to 2 am PT.

This will affect "My Account" features. You will not be able to log in to renew items or place items on hold. 

Electronic Resources will be available through the Library’s webpages (www.westernu.edu/library).

Pumerantz Library Discovery Search Box Issue

The Pumerantz Library Discovery Search box on the library's homepage is not functioning correctly.

 Workaround options:
