Article Request Service Restored

ILLiad, the Library's article request service is now fully up and functional.  Thank you for your patience and understanding during the extended maintenance period.

The outage of the Library's article request system, ILLiad has been extended until approximately 2pm PST.

Article Request Service Maintenance

Today from 8am PST to approximately 12pm PST the library’s article request service, ILLiad, will be down for a planned upgrade.  During this time you will not be able to request Interlibrary Loans or Document Deliveries.  All requests made prior to 8am today will be processed as normal when service is restored.

                January 16^th from 7am PST to approximately 12pm PST the library’s article request service, ILLiad, will be down for a planned upgrade.  During this time you will not be able to request new or retrieve filled Interlibrary Loan or Document Delivery requests.  All requests made prior to 7am January 16^th will be processed as normal when service is restored.  If you have any questions, please see our Contact page for many ways to get in touch with us.

UPDATE: AccessMedicine has been restored as of 1:30 pm 12/13

AccessMedicine is currently unavailable due to issues with the publisher. We have contacted the publisher and will update this post as more information becomes available.

Electronic Resources Outage

Hello Western U Community,

Library Electronic Resources are currently unavailable for a planned maintenance.  The update is scheduled from 8am PST to 12pm PST with intermittent service.  An update will be posted when full service has been restored.
