The National Library of Medicine has posted the below regarding PubMed access.
"We are having intermittent technical difficulties with
PubMed and related databases, including problems creating PubMed searches from
the MeSH Database and overall system slowness.
We will resolve the problem as soon as possible."
The library will post more information as it becomes available.
