PubMed Technical Difficulties

The National Library of Medicine has posted the below regarding PubMed access.

"We are having intermittent technical difficulties with PubMed and related databases, including problems creating PubMed searches from the MeSH Database and overall system slowness.

We will resolve the problem as soon as possible."

The library will post more information as it becomes available.

ILLiad upgrade cancelled

Today's ILLiad upgrade has been cancelled and will be rescheduled for a later date.  The service is now available.

Today our ILLiad Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery service will be down from 7am PST to approximately 2pm PST for an upgrade.

ILLiad Scheduled Outage

Hello WesternU Community,

Wednesday October 10th the Pumerantz Library will be conducting an upgrade of the ILLiad system.  This upgrade is scheduled from 7am PST to 2pm PST, but may be extended if necessary.  During this time the ILLiad service will be unavailable for all users.

Journal of Endodontics

UPDATE 9/24 11:15am Access to 2012 issues has been restored.

The library has temporarily lost access to the 2012 issues of Journal of Endodontics. The vendor has been contacted. We will update this post as soon as access has been restored.

ScienceDirect Outage

UPDATE: 9/21 3:00pm - Access to ScienceDirect is now available

ScienceDirect appears to be having technical problems. When trying to access full text articles you will see the following message, "Sorry, your request can't be processed due to a system problem. Contact the Help Desk if the problem persists." We are checking with the vendor and will report back as soon as a resolution is reached.

EndNote Download Issues: UPDATE
